<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect an intention of a photographing person on image processing with higher precision based on an operation which the photographing person takes in image photography. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Incidental information such as on/off of a composition flag, imparting of image classification is recorded in an image based on user information acquired by a user information acquisition part 141. Various kinds of image processing such as setting of an image trimming range, imparting of an effect, arrangement of the image on a pasteboard are performed based on the incidental information.
