<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily maintain locking force between a spacer and a connector housing and operability of the spacer even when a warp or the like is caused in the spacer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this terminal locking connector equipped with a spacer 1 inserted in a connector housing 2 to lock a terminal, the spacer has a pair of flexible side plates 6 for locking the housing separately from a terminal locking portion 9, the side plate has a locking part 7 in the thickness direction of the plate, and the connector housing has portions 19, 20 to be locked with which the locking part is engaged, in a spacer inserting hole 3. The side plate 6 has a rib 8 for regulating positions in the thickness direction of the plate, and the connector housing 2 has a slit 21 for slidingly inserting the rib, in the spacer inserting hole 3. Low walls 5 are raised on both end sides of the bottom wall 4 of the spacer 1, the side plate 6 is raised on the outer surface side of the wall, and the terminal locking part 9 is connected to the inner surface side of the wall.
