<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium which can record and reproduce digital animation information, and an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device which utilize this medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information storage medium is characterized in that an AV file includes a video object, cell time information includes a time code table relating to the video object, a cell indicating a reproducing section in the video object and a PGC indicating a reproduction procedure of the cell are defined, the same place in the video object can repeatedly be reproduced between cells in different PGC, PGC information indicates a reproduction procedure of the PGC, the PGC information includes information in which the cell time information is specified, a necessary time required for reproducing the cell can be managed, and information relating to the necessary time is included in a region being different from the time code table.
