PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve sufficient flexibility while having both electrical wiring and optical wiring. SOLUTION: The flexible optical and electrical wiring includes: a base film 1 processed to a wiring pattern; electrical wiring 2 formed on the surface of the base film 1; a light waveguide core 3 disposed spaced in parallel to the surface of the base film 1 to the base film 1 and the electrical wiring 2; and a clad 4 disposed between the base film 1 and the electrical wiring 2, and the core 3 in a manner to surround the core 3.
