COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR IMPROVING SKIN ELASTICITY COMPRISING THE FERMENTED EXTRACT OF PANAX GINSENG BY SACHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for improving skin elasiticity is provided to promote elastin synthesis using fermented Panax ginseng replenisher and relieve elasticity reduction by aging. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for improving skin elasticity contains 0.0001-20.0%(w/w) of fermented Panax ginseng replenisher. The fermented Panax ginseng replenisher is obtained by culturing Panax ginseng, Lycium chinense Miller, Angelica gigas Nakai and deer antler using Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, wax foundation and spray.
