PURPOSE: A sound-absorbing material for a soundproof wall and a soundproof wall including the same are provided to have a sound absorbing function and to reduce a manufacturing cost by recycling waste materials. CONSTITUTION: A sound-absorbing material for a soundproof wall has a structure in which a waste aluminum chip(3) is dispersed within a thermoplastic resin matrix(1). The soundproof wall equipped with the sound-absorbing material for the soundproof wall is made of by arranging the sound absorbing material between a front plate and a rear plate.
