PURPOSE: A catalyst embedded muffler is provided to easily weld the lower edge of a rear baffle to the bottom of a muffler housing because a first exhaust pipe and a welding rod don't interfere with each other. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst embedded muffler comprises a first exhaust pipe(16a) which is fixed through baffles(2) to carry the exhaust gas flowing in a muffler housing to the outside, and a second exhaust pipe(16b) which is inserted through an end plate(5). The end plate is inserted into an opening of the muffler housing and coupled with the muffler housing. The second exhaust pipe is inserted in the first exhaust pipe. The baffles are installed inside the muffler housing. A catalyst can(3) is fixed through the baffles.
