PURPOSE: An agricultural water filter having a sludge removal function is provided to improve performance of the filter, to maintain the filter function, and to extend a filter lifetime by easily discharging the sludge collected in a puddle part through a sludge discharge valve. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural water filter having a sludge removal function comprises: a filter(20) which is built in a filter box(10); a drift space(30) of a filtering object water which is included around the filter; a cover(40) for fixing the filter which is included on the top of the filter; an impeller wing(100) which is additionally more included in the inner wall surface of the water drift space inside the filter box and induces the flow of water so that vortex or the whirlpool rotary flow be created in the filtering object water flowing in.
