<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for use in writing utensils which has the sufficiently excellent storage stability even during the preservation period in a vessel. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for use in writing utensils is such that the aqueous component containing water, a thixotropic agent, a polyhydric alcohol and a pigment is dispersed in the oily component comprising a dye and a component different from the dye, with the whole dye contained in the oily component having an IOB value of 0.9 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
