<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved pinchcock which prevents the flow rate control condition of a flow rate control section of the pinchcock from being changed deliberately or accidentally. <P>SOLUTION: The pinchcock has a cover section formed in one piece for preventing change of the flow rate of the flow rate control section and also has a structure for removing the flow rate control section cover.
