MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR INKJET HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an inkjet head of which performance is more improved in such a manner that the generation of air bubbles in the inkjet head is prevented from occurring by removing gaps which may be generated between inter-laminar structures constituting the inkjet head, and to provide the inkjet head which can raise the manufacturing yield.

SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the inkjet head includes: a step in which the inkjet head is heated to the melting temperature of a filler agent or higher; a step in which the filler agent is filled in the inkjet head so that gaps in the inkjet head may be filled; and a step in which the filler agent is discharged to the outside of the inkjet head while making the filler agent remain in the gaps of the inkjet head.
