<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber device, capable of restraining degradation of the ratio of the number of electrons reaching an anode electrode to that released from the carbon fiber. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon fiber device is provided with a cathode substrate 10; a cathode electrode 20 arranged on the cathode substrate 10; carbon fiber 100 arranged on the cathode electrode 20; a gate electrode 30 arranged on the cathode substrate 10, in an region left of the region where the cathode electrode 20 is arranged; a transparent anode electrode 40 arranged above the cathode electrode 20 and the gate electrode 30; and a phosphor film 50, arranged on the main face 40b of the anode electrode 40 opposed to the cathode substrate 10 for emitting light in excitation due to collision of electrons released from the carbon fiber 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
