摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operational efficiency of a refrigerating device by reducing the number of times of frosting, in a defrosting method of the refrigerating device applying a heat exchanger exchanging heat with the outside air as an evaporator. <P>SOLUTION: In the defrosting method in the refrigerating device, the heat exchanger exchanging heat with the outside air is used as the evaporator, a water-repellent coating film 31a composed of a composition including specific organo polysiloxane of 100 pts.wt. and specific polyalkyl hydrogen siloxane of 2-25 pts.wt. is formed on a heat exchange face of the heat exchanger, and a defrosting operation is performed after a process for condensing the moisture in the outside air on the heat exchange face as water droplet 35 in a supercooled water state, and a process for allowing the water droplet 35 in the supercooled water state, condensed and attached to the heat exchange face to fall in the range that a dew-point temperature of the outside air is 0°C or less, and a dry-bulb temperature of the outside air is over a specific temperature.
