PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a statistics estimation device that precisely estimates statistics or execution time of a processor in executing a program without requiring deep understanding of the processing content of the program. SOLUTION: The statistics estimation device includes: a small-scale data execution part for executing a target program using a plurality of data less than data to be executed for each plurality of data to calculate partial processing statistics as predetermined statistics of the processor that executes partial processing for each plurality of data and for each partial processing constituting the program; and a mathematical formula creation part for creating a mathematical formula for calculating an overall statistic as a predetermined statistic of the processor in executing the whole program with the data to be executed on the basis of the partial processing statistics for each partial processing calculated by the small-scale data execution part and the amount of data in calculating the partial processing statistics.
