<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing nanofibers, which efficiently collects the nanofibers produced in a space to improve the production efficiency of the device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device for producing the nanofibers includes: a charging means 202 for charging a raw material liquid 300, an outflow member 211 having outflow holes 216 for flowing out the raw material liquid 300 into a space, a collecting means 110 for collecting the nanofibers 301 produced in the space, a first induction electrode 121 for generating an electric field for inducing the nanofibers on a collection means 110, a second induction electrode 122, a first induction power source 123 for applying a prescribed electric potential to the first induction electrode 121, and a second induction power source for applying a prescribed electric potential having polarity opposite to that of the first induction electrode 121 to the second induction electrode 122.
