<p>A ureteral endoscope of adjustable softness and rigidity consists of an endoscope body (1), an operating handle and a supporting member (14) that adjusts the relative softness or rigidity of the endoscope. The supporting member (14) moves within the endoscope body (1), controlled by the rigidity adjustment key (12), which provides the endoscope body (1) with sufficient rigidity to enter the ureter. The length of the soft segment of the endoscope body (1) is then adjusted by moving the supporting member (14). The supporting member (14) can be removed from the supporting member sleeve, enabling said sleeve to become a working passage.</p> |
