PURPOSE: A cap of a trash box is provided to immediately close an opening of the trash box by automatically restoring an opening-closing panel when an external force pressing the front side is removed. CONSTITUTION: A cap of a trash box comprises a body(10), an elastic panel(20), an opening-closing panel(30), and a rotation limiter(40). The body has an opening(13). The elastic panel is hinged on the inner rear face of the body and fitted with an elastic plate(23) projected to the front. The lower side of the opening-closing panel is hinged on the front end of the elastic panel and opens/closes the opening of the body. The rotation limiter restricts the frontward rotation of the elastic panel by supporting the front lower side or the rear upper side of the elastic panel. When an external force pressing the front side is removed, the opening-closing panel is automatically restored by the elastic plate so as to close the opening. |
