PURPOSE: A cogeneration system is provided so that an outdoor heat exchanger of an air-conditioner and a heat exchanger is unitized and the number of component of system is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A cogeneration system comprises a generator(4), an engine(8), a heat absorbing unit(20), first and second heat exchangers(30, 90), and a compressor(70). The engine runs generator. It flows the thermal medium and it absorbs the heat of the exhaust gas of the engine and engine. The first heat exchanger comprises the first thermal medium flow path(31) and the first coolant flow(32). It is connected to the first heat medium oil through the first thermal medium circulation flow path(34) to the heat sink. It is compressed the refrigerant flowing the first coolant flow. The generator, engine, cooling device, first heat exchanger and compressor are unified in the cabinet(2) inside. It passes through the refrigerant heat-exchanged in the first heat exchanger. |
