PURPOSE: A fill up type rail structure with a rail adjusting device is provided to accurately adjust the location of rail in a simple configuration and to prevent the vibration of the rail from being transmitted through the track slab. CONSTITUTION: A fill up type rail structure with a rail adjusting device comprises a track slab, a rail(2), rail adjusting devices(3), an elastic filler, and an elastic plate. The rail mediation devices, attached at regular intervals to the lateral sides of the rail in the longitudinal direction, include a body(31) made of an elastic material, an adjusting block(32), and an adjusting bolt(33). The body includes an adjusting groove in which the adjusting block is inserted and a coupling projection. The adjusting bold is inserted in a screw hole of the adjusting block.
