PURPOSE: An electric braking device with a parking brake function using a ratchet is provided to prevent the durability decrease of a solenoid by reducing the size and complexity of an electro mechanical brake. CONSTITUTION: An electric braking device with a parking braking function using a ratchet comprises an electronic control unit(1), a reducer(5), a spindle piston(9), a parking brake assembly(10), and a caliper(2). When the electronic control unit senses a signal of a pedal, it generates a brake control signal for braking and measurement information about the driving status of a vehicle. The reducer is rotated by a motor(4) which is controlled by the electronic control unit. The spindle piston is rotated by the reducer. The parking brake assembly prevents a NSL screw-type spindle piston from coasting. The caliper comprises inner and outer pads which pressures a wheel disk.
