摘要 PURPOSE: A fluorescence silica nanopaticle for detecting lymph node is provided to detect sentinel lymph node in surgery by dopping fluorescence dye to a silica nanoparticle. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescence silica nanopaticle is used for obtaining organ image of lymph node. The lymph node is sentinel lymph node. The fluorescence ingredient of the fluorescence silica nanoparticle is RITC or indocyanine green. A radioactive isotope is additionally bound to the nanoparticle. The imaging using the nanoparticle is selected from in vitro imaging, in vivo imaging, biodistribution detection, and in vitro cell labeling. A method for confirming lymph node comprises: a step 1 of injecting the nanoparticle into a test sample to measure fluorescence; a step 2 of further injecting the nanoparticle to the test sample; and a step 3 of comparing the results of step 1 and 2.
