PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-frequency device, which is free from fluctuation of the resonance frequency of a case even if a cover fluctuates due to heat and vibrations, and which stabilizes the transmission characteristic of a high-frequency circuit. SOLUTION: The high-frequency device includes a metallic casing body 51 wherein an opening is formed in its upper surface and a high-frequency circuit is housed inside, and a box-like metallic cover 52 to cover the opening in the upper surface of the casing body 51, and an insulating body 53 is provided at a position where the upper surface of a sidewall comprised of a plurality of sides of the casing body 51 and the inside of a upper plate part of the cover come into contact with each other.
