PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each of a plurality of communication terminals to acquire the positional information of communication terminals other than the terminal itself, without the need for a user to perform special input operations. SOLUTION: A car navigation system 30 comprises: a fellow passenger group generating section 41 for acquiring terminal information from each cellular phone 1; the terminal information enabling any other cellular phone 1 than the cellular phone 1 at a position indicated by positional information, indicating the position of the relevant cellular phone 1, for acquiring the positional information; and a fellow passenger group information distributing section 42 for transmitting the terminal information of the communication terminals that the fellow passenger group generating section 41 has acquired, to each of cellular phones 1, other than the acquisition source of the terminal information. Thus, the user of each cellular phone 1 can acquire the positional information of the other cellular phones 1, without having to perform special particular input operations.
