<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus performing an observation of the interior of a body cavity collaterally with a pressure measurement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An insertion section 20 of this medical examination apparatus 1 has a lens portion 25 and an opening 27, and is formed into an elongated shape to be inserted into a body cavity. An image acquisition means 10 can acquire image information in the interior of the body cavity projected to the lens portion 25. A sending means 50 can sends fluid from the opening 27 to the interior of the body cavity via a fluid pathway 51. A pressure measuring means 12 can measure pressure information in the interior of the body cavity via a pathway buried in the insertion section 20. An output control means 10 outputs the image information and the pressure information in a mode that a user can compare. The observation of in the interior of the body cavity and the pressure measurement can be thus performed collaterally so as to shorten a constrained time, especially when the subject is in an advanced age and mitigate physical and mental burdens.
