FLUIDIZED BED APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH FUNCTION OF IMPROVING HEAT TRANSFER RATE AND FLUIDIZING METHOD OF FLUIDIZED BED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed apparatus and a fluidizing method of a fluidized bed improving a heat transfer efficiency by increasing quantity of particles contacting a wall surface of the fluidized bed feeding hot fluid, and thereby reasonably increasing opportunity and time of contact to the fluidized bed of the particles carrying out heat transfer. SOLUTION: The fluidized bed apparatus equipped with a function of improving a heat transfer rate is characterized by that it is provided with a heating means 100, the solid particles 70 heated by the heating means, a gas supplying means 200 for sending gas for conveying the solid particles, and an outer shell (a riser part 10) provided in peripheries of the solid particles 70 conveyed by the gas and the gas conveying it. The outer shell is composed by slanting it such that it is narrowed in a gravity direction. A heat transfer means 20-2 is provided on the outer shell via a heating means 20-1 and/or slanting the heat transfer means 20-2 in the outer shell. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
