PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exfoliating and warming the skin, comprising a step of topically applying a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition. SOLUTION: An anhydrous warm sensory mask composition for exfoliation of the skin comprises an anhydrous vehicle formed with silicone components, which includes: (a) a physical exfoliating system consisting of at least three insoluble particles each having a different particle size, comprising a particle of a bamboo extract having a particle diameter in the range of 300-500 μm, a polyethylene resin particle having a particle diameter in the range of 50-300 μm and a jade particle having a particle diameter in the range of 20-50 μm; and (b) a silicone-encapsulated heat-generating agent.
