PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a holding force between a clip and plate member, by nipping a fastening blade of the clip to inner/outer circumferences of a seat in the plate member, respectively. SOLUTION: A structure for assembling two members in which a resin made plate member 30 and a resin made clip 10 for attaching its counter member are fastened to a tube form seat 32, formed integrally in a rear surface of the plate member 30, where a body 12 of the clip 10 has a hollow structure to be attachable to the seat 32 of the plate member 30, in such a condition that it covers the seat; a connecting shaft 14 inserted within the seat 32 is provided in its axis section, and fastening blades 15 and 16, which are nipped to the inner/outer circumferences of the seat, by making the clip 10 attached to the seat 32 rotate about the axis, are provided in an inner surface of the base section 12 and an outer surface of the connecting shaft 14, respectively.
