<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide sheet making light of a light source enter more from its side, stabilizing an installation position in a portable electronic apparatus in which it is assembled, easily making a module with other components, and easily forming a reflection pattern to illuminate a key button, and to provide a key sheet using the light guide sheet. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A peripheral fringe part 11 thicker than the thickness of a light guide part 10 is integrally formed on the fringe of the flat plate-shaped light guide part 10 formed of silicone rubber having translucency, and an inclined part 12 to continuously change the thickness from the peripheral fringe part 11 till the light guide part 10 is formed. In addition, a pushing piece 13 is formed on the surface of the light guide part 10, and a scattering part S to scatter light transmitting in the light guide part 10 is formed in the backside.
