The manufacture of conglomerate articles and more particularly a method for manufacturing slabs or blocks from a mix composed of a granulated stone material and/or sand and a polyester-resin based binder is described. In particular, a method for manufacturing blocks of polyester-resin agglomerated stone blocks, normally with dimensions greater than 3 cubic metres, is described, where hardening of the resin is performed at an intermediate temperature between a so-called "cold" (ambient) temperature and a so-called "hot" temperature by means of the action of a ternary system of peroxide initiators. |
