PURPOSE: A wide meshed manual reclining device is provided to reduce parts and entire weight of the device by minimizing gears which are meshed with component for strengthening endurance. CONSTITUTION: A wide meshed manual reclining device comprises a first sector gear(2), a second sector gear(12), a lock gear(9) a cam(4), and a gear spring(11). A sector gear(2b) is formed on the inner space girth having the diameter which is smaller than the cam. The second sector gear is connected to the first sector gear with a retainer(13). The lock gear moves toward the second sector gear from the first sector gear and cancers a locking state of the first sector gear. The spring gear is supported between lock gear and the second sector gear. |
