DATA OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A data output circuit is provided to minimize the generation of a jitter in the output data by preventing the reduction of the bandwidth of a pre-driver. CONSTITUTION: A pre-driving unit(1000) generates a plurality of pull-up/pull-down signals according to an input data. The pre-driving unit varies the enable timings of the pull-up/pull-down signals in response to a plurality of control signals. A main driving unit(2000) generates an output data in response to the pull-up/pull-down signals. The pre-driving unit comprises a first pre-driver(100) generating the pull-up signals in response to the control signals. The pre-driving unit comprises a second pre-driver(200) generating the pull-down signals in response to the control signals.
