<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution device and a distribution method of spherical objects capable of surely and orderly juxtaposing the spherical objects in a predetermined state by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This distribution device 1 has a receiving table 20 forming a flat receiving surface 25 continuing flush with a plane 10, a transfer plate 21 having a communicating hole 30 capable of making the spherical objects 3 pass therethrough one by one, and a supply part 22 forming a deriving port 34 for falling the spherical objects 3 one by one by dead weight. Since the transfer plate 21 is moved by a predetermined quantity in a first direction A, the communicating hole 30 faces the deriving port 34, and the spherical objects 3 are successively loosely fitted in the communicating hole 30 one by one via the deriving port 34. After the loosely fitted spherical objects 3 are rollingly guided in the first direction A ar a ridge 10a between pockets 11, the transfer plate 21 is moved by the predetermined quantity in a second direction B, and the spherical objects 3 are dropped and stored in the pockets 11 from the ridge 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
