<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an antibody dissociated solution from erythrocytes by separating the erythrocytes dissociated from antibodies and an antibody dissociated solution containing the dissociated antibodies without performing centrifugal washing. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing the antibody dissociated solution from the erythrocytes includes a step of dissociating antibodies bound to the erythrocytes from the erythrocytes in a solution containing erythrocytes, a step of obtaining an erythrocyte-magnetic particle complex by mixing the erythrocytes dissociated from the antibodies and magnetic particles to which lectins are bound in the solution, and a step of obtaining the solution as the antibody dissociated solution by attracting the erythrocyte-magnetic particle complex in the solution by a magnetic force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
