<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a node device and a band control method which guarantee fairness of use bands to be assigned to data flow even when a communication network storage function on the output side and a band control function operate by individual clocks. <P>SOLUTION: The node device has a plurality of subscriber communication network storage parts SA<SB>1</SB>-SA<SB>N</SB>to be connected to a subscriber communications network; company communication network storage parts CNA<SB>1</SB>-CNA<SB>M</SB>to be connected to a company communications network; a band control part 100; and a data flow rate management part 101. The band control part 100 performs band control of receiving data flow which should be transferred to the company communication network storage part CNA<SB>j</SB>, based on the frequency deviation between the operation clock CLK<SB>Aj</SB>of the company communications network storage part CNA<SB>j</SB>and the operation clock CLK<SB>B</SB>of the band control part, and the data flow rate management part 101 adjusts data flow rate of each of a plurality of receiving data flows, in accordance with the band control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
