<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce gear noise without increasing a weight of a case. <P>SOLUTION: Gears 7, 9 mounted on an input shaft 3 and an output shaft 5, respectively are engaged with each other. A bearing set 11 composed of a bearing 15 of the input shaft 3 and a bearing 17 of the output shaft 5 is supported by a shaft supporting face 13 as a wall member. Regions of high rigidity 19 are limitedly formed around both bearings of the shaft supporting face 13. In another embodiment, the shaft supporting face is provided with the curved shape curved in the direction toward a case central section.
