<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a noise-proof component which can reduce not only noise transmissivity but also noise reflectance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A noise-proof component 1 comprises four L-shaped filter composed of: input-side external electrodes 3-1 (3-2 to 3-4); an input-side drawing electrode 40; coil bodies 4-1 (4-2 to 4-4); capacitors 5-1 (5-2 to 5-4), an output-side drawing electrode 50; and output-side external electrodes 3-1' (3-2' to 3-4'). On a wiring board 100, there are provided input-side signal wiring 101-104, output-side signal wiring 101-104, ground wiring 111, 112 and a plane conductor 10. The plane conductor 10 is set to a size including the coil bodies 4-1 to 4-4. The plane conductor 10 opposes the input-side drawing electrode 40 at a lower side of the coil bodies 4-1 to 4-4, and capacitance C is generated by the plane conductor 10 and the input-side drawing electrode 40.
