PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an ink reservoir of a resin intaglio printing plate. SOLUTION: In a method for making the resin intaglio printing plate, a prescribed film is brought into close contact with a surface of a photosensitive resin layer to form a cured region and an uncured region in the photosensitive resin layer by first UV irradiation, and the photosensitive resin layer is subjected to first development to form a recess resulting from developing a prescribed region of the uncured region, and a remaining region, and the prescribed film is brought into close contact with the surface of the photosensitive resin layer to form a cured region and an uncured region in the remaining region by second UV irradiation, and the photosensitive resin layer is subjected to second development to form an ink reservoir resulting from developing the uncured region.
