<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or restrain an irregular illuminance and a shadow from being generated, and the efficiency of using an effective light from getting low, caused by shielding a light emitted from an inner tube by a spacer attached to a tip of the inner tube for supporting the inner tube storing a light emitting tube and a light emitting filament concentrically with respect to an outer tube, and to prevent the spacer from coming out and falling down out of the tip of the inner tube, or moving toward a coming-out and falling-down direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Band plates 9 of the spacer S<SB>1</SB>press-contact with an inner face of the outer tube 3, to deter the spacer S<SB>1</SB>from moving toward an outer tube tip direction, and a circular hole 8 is formed in a central plate of the spacer S<SB>1</SB>, to restrain the inner tube 2 from moving along a radial direction with respect to the outer tube 3.
