<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain original usefulness of a cellular phone by notifying an owner of telephone call arrival at all times, even if the cellular phone is prohibited to be carried inside a conference site. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone locker is provided with a locker body, housing a plurality of separate and independent small-sized boxes with locks so as to independently open/close the plurality of small-sized boxes. Each small-sized box comprises, in the bottom-face part, a touch sensor which is pressed to output an ON signal, when a cellular phone is placed; a piezoelectric element for outputting an AC signal, according to the change in pressure and comprises, in an opening/closing part, a key switch which stores a key specific number and outputs a key-ON signal and the specific number in an unlocked state; and an AND circuit which outputs the specific number when these signals are inputted. There are provided a signal aggregating part, to which a plurality of specific numbers outputted from the AND circuits of the plurality of small-sized boxes are inputted and which sequentially reads out the specific numbers, and a cable for conveying the specific numbers to the outside.
