<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized light-emitting panel which has high visibility and can reduce surface luminance unevenness and is formed by joining a plurality of surface light-emitting elements, and to provide a surface light-emitting element used for the light-emitting panel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the surface light-emitting elements 11, 12 having a light-emitting layer between at least a first electrode 2 and a second electrode 4, the first electrode 2 is a light-permeating electrode, and the second electrode 4 is composed of a light-impermeating central section 5 and a light-permeating peripheral section 6 at a light-emitting range viewed from a perpendicular direction against a light-emitting surface of the surface light-emitting element.
