<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate the rotation of the rotor of a rotary engine around a rotor shaft, and to achieve high-revolution and high-output of the rotor with resistance and vibration reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rotary engine of an uniaxial simple circular rotary rotor composed of housings, the rotor shaft and the rotor is provided with a housing combustion chamber and a rotor combustion chamber. An air-fuel mixture is injected to and filled into the rotor combustion chamber by an air press pump and fuel injection, the air-fuel mixture is burnt and exploded with both the combustion chambers overlap with each other and closed from the outside, and a rotation-side rotor is rotated by rebound. Further, an exhaust port and a rotor-side combustion chamber overlap with each other according to the rotation of the rotor, the rotor-side combustion chamber is connected to the outside, and combustion gas is discharged to the outside of the engine under an open state. Furthermore, the air-fuel mixture filled into the rotor combustion chamber is ignited by high-temperature combustion gas circulating and remaining in the rotor combustion chamber. Filling of the air-fuel mixture, ignition of the filled air-fuel mixture, combustion/explosion, repulsive rotation of the rotor, and discharge of exhaust gas, are repeated according to the rotation of the rotor.
