<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device capable of generating ion wind having a high linear movability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The blower device has a discharge electrode and a counter electrode, and ion wind is formed by the difference in voltage between the discharge electrode and the counter electrode. The blower device is characterized by an auxiliary electrode which is disposed on the downstream side of the ion wind relative to the discharge electrode.
