<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting machine equipped with the shape of an upper blade so that a cutting angle for cutting a sheet-like member between the upper blade and a lower blade in cutting the member becomes an angle within a predetermined range, and an inclination adjustment means for always securing a horizontal working surface even in a work on the roof having a slope. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet cutting machine for cutting the sheet-like member comprises the upper blade 1 having the blade formed on one long side of a flat plate, the lower blade 2 which is rotatably connected with the upper blade at the connecting part 1a of the end part of the upper blade, and an installation base 3 to which the lower blade is firmly fixed and which forms the working surface. The blade shape of the upper blade is a shape combining a plurality of circular arcs having different radius of curvature, and the cutting angle formed between the upper blade and the lower blade is within the range of a predetermined angle when the upper blade is vertically moved with the connecting part as a fulcrum in the peripheral direction.
