<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-cutting blade assembly highly precisely performs cutting without allowing its cutting blade to come off its base during use over a prolonged period. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The press-cutting blade assembly has the cutting blade 2 embedded in and fixed on the base 1. In an embedded portion 2a of the cutting blade, positioning notches 3 and a shaft insertion hole 4 are formed. The notches 3 are engaged with engagement portions 5 of the base 1 and a retaining member 6 is inserted into the hole 4, thereby constituting a structure fixing the cutting blade 2.
