PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal for controlling an incoming mail notification during roaming and informing an origination-side terminal of a reason why it is controlled. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal with a roaming function includes a voice conversation means and a message transfer means, and an incoming notification means of telephone and message. When a destination-side mobile terminal receives an incoming call for speech conversation during roaming (S102), the incoming notification is not issued (S107) unless it corresponds to a network (S103), to which call termination is permitted, time (S105), or a user (S106) of the origination-side terminal which is permitted specially. Furthermore, a message, which describes the fact that no notification has been issued and its reason, is issued to an originator who has not been given the notification (S109).
