The claws with the fixing devices are fixed to a central pressing device (9) and a pressing screw (10) at adjusting arms (3, 4) in different radial positions in a fixed manner. The fixing devices have an adjusting element to inwardly press the tension element with tension side pieces (21, 22) between a crank and a shaft in a radial manner.
