PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing milk products and powdered formula is provided to extend a preservation period of the milk products by gaining melatonin from natural food, and to improve stability of the natural food. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing milk products and powdered formula comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials by milking in a dark circumference; drying raw milk to a water content of 5 % or less; sterilizing the dried milk; mixing 0.5~40% of the powdered formula and 90.5~60% of additives; sterilizing a mixture; and filtering foreign materials in the sterilized mixture. A sterilization process of the mixture is processed in a temperature of 40~80°C for 10 ~ 80 minutes. |
