PURPOSE: A car seat for a child is provided to control an energy absorber for absorbing a part of energy generated when a vehicle collision. CONSTITUTION: A car seat for a child comprises a base(2). The base is geared with a fixture(12). A pivot connection part is formed between the base and the fixture. The base comprises one or more insulating members(9) and one or more ISOFIX connectors(4). When a vehicle normally travels, the insulating members are contacted with the ISOFIX connectors, and lock the vehicle. When the vehicle abnormally travels, the insulating members are separated from the ISOFIX connectors, and the ISOFIX connectors are slid into the base. |
