PURPOSE: A back light assembly and a display device having the same are provided, which can reduce the manufacturing time and achieve light weight. CONSTITUTION: A back light assembly comprises a first wire(205) receiving box and a first fixing member. The first wire is connected to one end of the light-generating unit(200). The receiving box comprises a bottom plate(103) and a light source unit cover which is extended from the bottom plate, is equipped with a plurality of bent portions, and receives a light-generating unit. The first fixing member comprises a fixing groove, a first extension section, and a first wire withdrawal unit which is formed on the first extension section and draws out the first wire to the outside.
