<p>The lock has a lock case (24) and a pair of door plates (38, 40). A connection device connects the door plates with the lock case and actuates a lock facing side of the lock case. The connection device has a retaining bolt (60) running transverse to a plane of a door leaf. The connection device has a locking pin i.e. screw (58), operating together with the retaining bolt and accessing the lock facing side of the lock case. The retaining bolt has a recess in the form of a groove (64) transfixed by the retaining bolt.</p>
